We have identified intermittent outages affecting the Leads dashboard and redirect function for users that have been migrated to our new submission system. Our engineers have deployed several fixes and our systems should now be stable. Additional safety measures have been taken in order to prevent future incidents. We will keep monitoring the platform to make sure everything is running smoothly.
